In the event of a confirmed loss, the entire contents of your purchase will be re-shipped or credited in the event of a sell out.
In the event of a lost or damaged package WITHOUT shipping protection, we will go through USPS and Fedex research processes. Orders without protection are subject to shipper maximum insurance claim amounts which vary from $0-100.
